Visa Information:

If you're an EU or European citizen planning to study in Costa Rica for one semester (less than 180 days), you don’t need a student visa before arrival. You can enter the country as a tourist and apply for a special stay permit (estancia) once you're in Costa Rica.

At Universidad Veritas, our Adventure Office ensures that international students have a seamless and enriching experience in Costa Rica. Our office also provides logistical support for faculty-led programs and group tours (for groups larger than 6 people), all with the aim of giving students a safe and unforgettable adventure. Scholarship possibilities for international students:

Currently, Universidad Veritas does not offer scholarships for international students. However, our Study Abroad program provides flexible options for students to customize their experience based on their needs. The overall cost of the program will depend on factors such as the number of courses, course types, length of stay, housing, and additional services like excursions, airport pick-up, lunch packages, and more.

Internships:

At Universidad Veritas, academic internships provide a co-supervised opportunity for students to gain intercultural competencies and professional skills while working on real-world projects abroad. This experience helps enhance your resume and prepares you for future career success.
