Students typically share a room as well as a bathroom. There is the possibility for students to choose their flat mate after getting accepted for the student housing.

The CapU Residence fees start at just $1,190 CAD per month including meals, high-speed wi-fi, hydro, electricity, laundry, amenities, communal areas, etc.
