Webinars & Presentations

During our main recruitment period from October to March, we offer additional webinars so that students can inform themselves about their options to study abroad wherever they are right now. These webinars will be published on our World of Students website and we will also promote these events in our monthly newsletters. Of course we also promote them on our own social media accounts as well as in our e-mails to future students. If you wish to use your chance to promote your offers directly to potential students, book one of our webinar options or let your institution be featured in our World of Students presentations.

Social Media Activities

The importance of social media continues to increase - we are constantly growing to meet our young target group's need of information and community building via these tools. If you wish to become a part of our World of Students social media community, we can create exclusive content for your institution and promote your offers to our followers. Additionally, to receive authentic content, we offer a “student ambassador” option. Students will be asked to provide marketing material such as videos, photos, testimonials etc. and receive a scholarship in return. Please see all your options below.

Recruitment Travel Marketing

Join our team this fall for the main recruitment period! Since a lot of our partners in Europe are returning to on campus presentations, events and international days, we will visit them during our recruitment period starting in October. Join us for one day or more days on our roadshow through Germany. Be one of a maximum of three institutions travelling with us and have the chance to promote your offerings face to face to your future students. Included in this is a table at a university, where we can promote your study abroad offer. If possible, we will also organize a presentation in front of students or a meeting with the International Office of the respective institution.

To promote your institution the best we can while participating in face-to-face events, we are dependent on good quality print materials. Please consider booking one of the following print options:

E-Mail Marketing

Reach out to our leads via a newsletter! Do you have a special offer or scholarship for study abroad students at your institution? Promote it in one of our regular newsletters to our potential students. We can also send out a newsletter promoting your institution to our contacts in the International Offices at our partner universities in Europe - please note that this option must include an advantage for our students coming to study with you, e.g. a special discount, scholarship or offer for international students. Our team will create the newsletter with your information, send it out to students/ partners and follow up with them.
