400-500 aprox. We do suggest students to rent a flat with other students in Madrid. But there are different options for students as renting a single room, live in student residences or with families. Citylife Madrid is a good contact which can help students with their accommodation.
The easiest and safest way to find a good accommodation is to get help from agencies. They will charge you a small commission but will guarantee you a good accommodation.
The options are diverse: single rooms with or without ensuite bathroom, full-floor rental, families, student residences, etc. Our recommendation is to contact Citylife Madrid that will help you in everything related to your stay, even before arriving in Madrid (accommodation, bank account, transportation, mobile hiring, Internet, etc.)
