Visa Information:
Most international Students (Nationals of all countries except the United Kingdom and Ireland) will require immigration permission (a visa) in order to study in the UK.Please note: The UK government is introducing an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) requirement for all non-visa nationals coming to the UK for visits of less than 6 months.
From 2 April 2025, all nationals of European Union member states, Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland will be required to obtain an ETA prior to travelling to the UK. Applications for an ETA open for European nationals from 5 March 2025.

Scholarship possibilities for international students:

You can apply for a study abroad internship as part of a single semester or year-long study abroad programme at the University of Westminster, but the maximum duration of the internship is one semester.Internships are part-time and run for 12 weeks, until the end of the teaching period.
Alongside your academic studies, you will be expected to work 14 hours over two to three days per week in your internship.

Academic requirements- You must have successfully completed 1 year of a degree programme at a recognised university or college
- You must be 18 years of age or older when you begin the programme
- If you are a student from Germany, you must have an overall numerus clausus of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale (equal GPA 2.7). If you wish to study subjects relating to Arts, Media and Communication, you must have a cumulative of 3.2 or above on a 4.0 scale im undergraduate courses (equal to GPA 3.0) and a 2.5 in postgraduate courses.
- Your English profiency test should reach a minimum level of B2 / C1 (undergraduate/postgraduate).
-If wish to take the internship programme or study for the academic year, you must be currently enrolled on a programme in your home country and intend to return to resume your studies after your participation in the study abroad programme.

The nearest Tube station is Baker Street.

Housing On-Campus:
£3,652.11 - £4,149.60 depending on hall and semester. - You can apply for University housing as part of your online application to the programme.There are several options for on campus living like Alexander Fleming Halls or Harrow Halls.All housing has 24 hour receptions and security.
They are all self-catering - there are no meal plans.
All rooms for Study Abroad students are single rooms.
Every residence has cleaners on a rota during the week for the sommon areas, e.g. kitchens and bathrooms.
You will receive your notice about housing around 2months before the semester start.

Our students love the Fairfax Lookout on the North Head!
Only a couple of minutes from the ICMS campus in Manly you can watch stunning sunsets over Sydney. At the Fairfex lookout students spend a great time together with their international friends, eating pizza and listening to music while watching the Sydney harbour. You may even see one of the whales passing by the coast.
